Meet Minneapolis Hospitality Hero Training:

This is a self-paced educational program designed to prepare our hospitality community and event volunteers with the valuable information, tools, and resources needed to prepare for the many meeting attendees, and leisure and business travelers and many special events Minneapolis hosts. The purpose is to "coach" our hospitality team to exceed visitors' service expectations and leave a positive, lasting impression. Become a Hospitality Hero >>>

The Hospitality Hero is an award created and presented by Meet Minneapolis to honor a spectacular individual in the hospitality field.

The criteria nominees meet include someone that:

- Showcases Minneapolis in a positive light.
- Goes the extra mile in providing service to visitors, enhancing the visitors’ experiences and desire to return to Minneapolis.
- Demonstrates pride in and commitment to Minneapolis’ hospitality industry.
