Minneapolis Sister Cities Celebration

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making the 3rd Annual Sister Cities Day Celebration such a great success! During the course of the afternoon we welcomed over 650 guests including international officials and delegations from our sister cities in Ibaraki City, Japan and Eldoret, Kenya.
