Cinco de Mayo
One of the state's spiciest celebrations takes place in the District del Sol neighborhood on Saint Paul's West Side. The fiesta (May 2–3) features live entertainment, activities for kids, a parade, salsa-tasting contest and of course, plenty of authentic Mexican food.
Festival of Nations
Travel the world without a passport at Festival of Nations, May 1–4 in Saint Paul. Ninety different ethnic groups from around the world will share their foods, crafts and traditions that form the mosaic of our culture.
WineFest 2008
Now in its 13th year, WineFest will bring together the finest wines, foods and people for a good cause. The premier wine charity event includes a Grand Tasting, Fine Wine Dinner, and opportunities to mingle with Australian vineyard principals and winemakers. May 9–10.
