Beef flank steak stewed with tomato, onion, garlic and oregano. Served in green plantain boats with pickled jalapeno crema and cilantro.
CHORIPAN CON YUCCA FRITAS – Sausage Bread ($11)
Grilled spicy butifarra with chimichurri, pebre, manchego cheese and pickled red chilis. Served with Yucca chips tossed in chimichurri.
