SENATOR AMY KLOBUCHAR TO CELEBRATE THE

GRAND OPENING OF THE RADISSON BLU MALL OF AMERICA MAY 1

WHAT:           

On Wednesday, May 1, the newly opened Radisson Blu Mall of America will host the official grand opening celebration at the hotel. Helping ring in the momentous occasion will be Diana Nelson, Chairman, Carlson; Trudy Rautio, CEO, Carlson; David Mortenson, President, Mortenson; Bloomington Mayor Gene Winstead and Senator Amy Klobuchar.

 

The evening will kick-off with remarks from the aforementioned individuals, who will speak to the excitement surrounding the launch of the prestigious brand and the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s journey back to Minnesota. A highlight of the evening will be an address from United States Senator Amy Klobuchar who will speak to the importance of travel to the state and the significance the hotel has in bringing tourism to Minnesota. Following the half hour, guests attending will be welcomed to a fete of food and cocktails; silent auction benefitting the World Childhood Foundation.
