A: The information session is Wednesday November 14 at 5 pm. It is not mandatory. The agenda is that Gulgun Kayim, Director of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy for the City of Minneapolis will go over the goals of the project and answer any specific questions about the Creative City Competition. Q: Must we choose between either using 3 still images or a 60 second video for our submission, or can there be a 60 second video in addition to an illustration in .jpg format? A: At the moment, you should plan on one or the other. This may change when we announce the final submission process by November 16. Don't forget to register for the competition at http://www.minneapolis.org/art-in-the-plaza/registration.
