Application for New Membership for Restaurant Partners

• It is agreed that this partnership will automatically be renewed on the anniversary date and will continue in effect
from year to year unless terminated by written notice to Meet Minneapolis.
• It is agreed that this partnership will be paid in full for the specified term.
• It is agreed that all materials provided to me by Meet Minneapolis will be kept confidential and will not be
reproduced for use by another party without written permission of Meet Minneapolis.
• Partnership is deductible as a business expense, but not as a charitable contribution.
• The partnership agreement begins on the first day of payment.
• I understand that partnership implies no endorsement for my company/organization, and agree not to use the
Meet Minneapolis name or logo in any form without authorization.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & MEMBERS' CODE OF ETHICS

•    Agree that this partnership will be paid in full for the specified term, the partnership agreement begins on the first day of payment and the partnership will automatically be renewed on the anniversary date and will continue in effect from year to year unless terminated by written notice to Meet Minneapolis.

•    Agree that all materials provided by Meet Minneapolis will be kept confidential and will not be reproduced for use by another party without written permission of Meet Minneapolis.
•    Agree to not use the trademark in any manner which might jeopardize or dilute the proprietary interest of Meet Minneapolis or the validity of the trademark.
•    Agree that partnership with Meet Minneapolis implies no endorsement for the APPLICANT company/organization. Refusal to display or publish a member's promotional material is at Meet Minneapolis’s sole discretion.
•    Agree to assist customers with finding other suitable arrangements during periods of full capacity.
•    Agree to provide visitors with exceptional customer service, information on other products, services and attractions when requested.
•    Agree to treat all other members courteously, ethically, and professionally.
•    Provide clean and well-maintained facilities and equipment for the enjoyment of their customers.
•    Provide customers with complete details on prices, cancellation policies and services at time of purchase and communicate any changes in services, products, or costs if and when they occur.
•    Handle all inquiries, requests, transactions, correspondence, and complaints promptly, courteously, and fairly.
•    Abide by all applicable federal, state and municipal laws.
