The NASC recently agreed to Meetingmax as the Official Housing Solution for the 23rd annual NASC Sports Event Symposium, scheduled for April 27-30, 2015 in Milwaukee, WI. Meetingmax, an Allied member of the NASC since 2011, offers seamless hotel reservation software for events.
“Symposium attendees can now reserve up to five rooms at once, make special requests, identify room occupants and much more in a few simple steps,” said Beth Hecquet, CMP, CMM, Director of Meetings and Events, NASC. “The Meetingmax reservation system also allows VISIT Milwaukee and the NASC to closely monitor the room block and guests reservations ensuring the best possible booking experience.”
VISIT Milwaukee, the 2015 Symposium host, offers Meetingmax software as a service for its clients.
“VISIT Milwaukee is excited about the partnership between NASC and Meetingmax for the 2015 NASC Symposium. When our clients use Meetingmax’s online housing system, they are able to manage room reservations, have 24-hour access to hotel pick-up, and pull reports for their events in Milwaukee. This system allows us access to accurate economic impact reports and provides us with another customer service tool that sets us apart from other cities,” said Michelle Haider, CMP, Convention & Sports Services Manager, VISIT Milwaukee.
The Meetingmax system is designed to make booking reservations for attendees easy and flexible.
“We’re excited to partner with NASC as the official housing system provider, in conjunction with VISIT Milwaukee, for the 2015 Symposium. Users will benefit from the simplicity of comparing properties and booking at their preferred hotel,” Kelly Mackay, Community & Marketing Manager, Meetingmax.
